Known for his work exposing the Enron scandal, Robert McCullough is an energy project finance expert based in Portland, Oregeon. McCullough presented to the BCUC Site C Inquiry as well as to Premier Horgan’s cabinet in 2017, arguing that the Site C dam was an outdated and uneconomic project. Now that BC Hydro has released reports revealing new geotechnical problems and likely budget overruns at Site C, the Peace Valley Landowners’ Association has asked McCullough to update his 2017 report.
